Oil Analysis

Oil analysis. While most laboratories have differing levels of analysis we provide premium level analysis for all samples covering wear metals, contaminants, additive levels, viscosity, oxidation, water, nitration and pq index at a price most charge for basic testing.

Did you know that ordinary oil analysis cannot pick up particles above approximatley 10µm and that gearboxes in particular regularly generate particles above the 10µm limit? These particles are literally invisible to the equipment most oil testing labs use. Ferrography picks up all particles and gives you a clearer picture of what is happening inside your machine.
Every gearbox should have a ferrographic analysis at least once per year.
